& emulsified crude oil slops with < 1% BS to over 50% BS.

Final product with less than 1% BSW can be consistently produced
through the system.
System are available in 1 Bbl/Min capacity modules, of
which multiple units can be implemented on site, based on
capacity requirement.
In addition to the standard
components above, site specific add-ons including:
- Floating Oil Suction Module - which floats
on top of the crude oil lagoon / pond surface with localized heating & straining
features.
- Heated & Insulated Surge Tanks/Baker Tanks/Buffer
Tanks - with steam coils & mechanical agitation
to keep sludge in suspension between processing stages.
